Sheltered from the wind named “Mistral” by the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vineyard grows in a natural biosphere reserve classified by UNESCO. Fed by sublime spaces size, the clay- limestone here exalts the benefits of a single typical Provence.
Hand harvesting at optimal maturity.
Whole bunch pressing with a gentle and slow extraction of juice.
Fermentation at low temperature (14°).
A beautiful light "lychee" coloured rosé
The nose is charming and greedy with a dominant of clementine and fresh apricot, reinforced by lime and ginger.
The palate is crisp, salty and fruity with notes of yellow peach and lychee. A real refined cocktail of exotic fruits.
Perfect for aperitif, you can enjoy it with dessert as well.
Pleasant now, it can be stored for 3 years.
