Christophe Didier

Since 2011, Christophe Didier has joined the team to manage the 33 ha vineyard that extends over the appellations Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise and Ventoux.

After several years spent with a producer of Chateauneuf du Pape, he put all his experience of driving a vineyard in Organic Farming, at the service of the Château la Croix des Pins. Gifted with an exceptional knowledge of the physiology of the vine, he is able to judge at a single glance, his state of health.

By knowing how to act at the right time, night and day, it is thus able to ensure the minimum of treatments, for the highest quality of the organic wines produced by the Château la Croix des Pins.

His talents as winemaker and taster also make Christophe, an excellent help for Jean Pierre, during vinifications and choice of assemblages.
