Petit Nysse is a wine made from old vines of Carignan and Grenache in a particular terroir taking advantage of the coolness brought by the Ventoux and the warmth of an area with a distinct climate, protected by the small mountain of Petit Nysse.
Grenache 90% - Carignan 10%
Hand picked. Destemmed harvest followed by a long maceration during which the park is watered frequently but delicately. Traditional vinification and 5% of the volume is aged in French oak barrels.
Beautiful red wine with cassis hues.
The nose is also marked by notes of black fruits, but also of brown tobacco and spices such as sage and black pepper.
The palate is fresh, acidic and velvety.
Beautiful structure and notes of fresh blackcurrant juice and strawberry crumble.
The whole is concentrated, digestible and greedy.
Tasting temperature: 16 to 18 °C
Pair with grilled meat and red fruit coulis.
